Roma, 18 mar. (askanews) – “Intendiamo continuare a insistere su quello che per noi non è solo un pilastro culturale e di civiltà ma un banale dato di realtà: non è possibile costruire garanzie di sicurezza dividendo l’Europa dagli Stati Uniti. È giusto che l’Europa si attrezzi per fare la propria parte, ma sarebbe nella migliore delle ipotesi ingenuo, nella peggiore folle, pensare che possa fare da sola senza la cornice euroatlantica che per 75 anni ha garantito la sicurezza dell’Europa”. Lo ha detto la presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, nel corso delle sue comunicazioni in aula al Senato in vista del Consiglio europeo del 20 e 21 marzo.
