Ho sempre detto che Wimbledon è IL torneo di tennis. Qui si respira la storia e anche soltanto passeggiare qui è davvero speciale”. Un sogno diventato realtà, che per il tennista italiano è senza dubbio il momento più alto della sua carriera. “Vincere questo torneo è stato senza dubbio il momento più speciale della mia vita su un campo da tennis. Ovviamente fuori dal campo esistono priorità più importanti, ma come tennista vincere Wimbledon è stato incredibile”, ha rivelato.
