Non sono sorpreso da questo risultato, ci aspettavamo una McLaren e un Verstappen che andassero molto forti. Sapevamo di non poter fare un miracolo. Venerdì abbiamo fatto un grande step in avanti per massimizzare questa macchina, a volte serve di più imparare che fare il risultato. Penso che mi aiuterà anche per la gara e spero di poter tornare davanti. Abbiamo ottenuto il massimo”
