I presenti e votanti sono stati 398, nessun astenuto. La maggioranza richiesta è quella dei tre quinti ossia 363, le schede bianche sono state 363 le nulle 15. “Poichè non è stata raggiunta la maggioranza richiesta occorrerà procedere a un secondo scrutinio che avverrà il 31 luglio alle 9 – ha annunciato il vicepresidente Fabio Rampelli -. La chiama avrà inizio dai senatori”.
