L’imprevedibilità e apparentemente arbitrio degli annunci hanno portato l’incertezza a livelli che non si vedevano dai momenti più bui della Pandemia. Il dazio medio che gli Usa impongono è il più alto, oggi, dagli anni 30” del secolo scorso.
